Christmas Facebook Campaign
Our Christmas direct mail for Interflora adapted the traditional Christmas poem ‘Twas the night before Christmas’ to refer to buying an Interflora bouquet.
Sharing this direct mail design onto the Interflora UK Facebook wall, we then asked Facebook fans to tell us what they were doing the week before Christmas. But, there was a twist: for the chance to win an Interflora Christmas bouquet, they had to tell us in the style of the poem.
This simple idea was really effective, reaching over 27,000 people on Facebook and, due to strong engagement, organically reaching 13% of the total audience. Overall, 800 people engaged organically with the post through a like, comment or share. Considering the industry average is just 325, we’re rather proud of that.
