For the past couple of years we’ve been in charge of their social, too. With strategic content and advertising designed to push the brand messages and bolster interest in new build homes, we worked to boost awareness of the developer within the local area.

By using highly targeted Facebook advertising to cut through to the brand’s key audiences, we’ve been able to reach 30,000 people per month at a really low cost per click ratio. It just goes to show that, with a little smart strategy, a big impact doesn’t always need a big price tag.
