Local sourcing and artisan craftsmanship have always been a real focus for the bakery, which is still firmly based in the heart of Dorset with many recipes passed down from generation to generation.
Today the brand’s high quality product range is sold in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Asda, with Florentines and Biscuits for Cheese being their flagship products and treat cupboard favourites amongst those in the know.
