Together arose from a shared vision of our two founding partners – to produce exceptional creative work built on real consumer insight that will make a real difference to clients.
Jonathan Turner (JT) and Nick Honey had worked together as graduate trainees but after three years they went their separate ways and forged their own careers.
JT progressed client side and held many senior marketing positions including Marketing Director for Bass Beers Worldwide, Brand and Retail Marketing Director for Diageo and Marketing Director at PepsiCo. He then left the corporate world to set up Makari, a shopper marketing and experiential agency.
…Nick’s career followed a similar trajectory. After working agency side for a few years, Nick set up his own creative agency at just 27. It was to be more than 10 years later when JT reached out and the two got back in touch.
They remained in close contact for several years and then started to collaborate on a number of projects. In the end their partnership proved so successful they decided to make it official. They formed Together in 2006.
Since then Together has gone from strength, with 25% increases in revenue year on year. Fast forward to 2020 and our agency was acquired by MMR Group – a move that allows us to expand our capabilities and launch our next phase of growth.
