What we did

To give Tetley the lift they were looking for, we needed brand interaction to last beyond opening a pack. By taking the Find Sydney campaign online with an interactive web portal and game we encouraged tea fans to engage with Tetley, and ensured the brand stayed at the top of their minds.

As users competed to find Sydney and the other Tea Folk, and win prize money from the £800,000 pot, the site clocked up over 90,000 site visits and gameplays. Our Find Sydney creative formed the basis of a £3million campaign promoted across stores, TV, PR, social media, and ultimately won an IPM Award.
