About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to work across a portfolio of leading clients of differing size across a variety of sectors.

You will be working across a wide variety of projects with differing objectives and challenges with varying stakeholders across the business, both internally and externally. You will be fully charged with ensuring projects remain within planned scope, are delivered on time and everyone associated remains included and informed of issues and developments at all times.

  • Running multiple projects across a variety of clients with a focus on all digital activity, including but not limited to web, online advertising, social and email marketing
  • Liaising daily with both internal and external stakeholders to keep everything tight and on track
  • Interacting regularly with clients to ensure they are kept abreast of changes, challenges and outcomes
  • Inputting to planning and strategic work across your clients as part of a wider agency team

Recruitment criteria

  • Ideally 3 -5 years Project Management experience with a key focus on digital platforms including web design and build, app design and development, digital ad campaigns and email marketing
  • Some knowledge of wider digital channels, including SEO, PPC and Social would be a real advantage but not essential
  • Additional knowledge of persona workshop and UX process would be beneficial
  • Experience of working within an Agency environment across multiple clients would be ideal
  • Knowledge of supporting and developing integrated digital strategy with associated skills in insight generation and analytics would be helpful

  • Confident and self-assured with a truly positive and upbeat approach
  • An excellent communicator, fiercely inclusive and a great listener
  • Adept at building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internally within the agency
  • Highly organised, efficient and process driven
  • A fantastic plate spinner and able to prioritise when dealing with several projects at once

Key skills/qualifications

  • Exceptional experience of defining and improving processes and procedures which may need to vary according to a client’s individual needs
  • Amazing ability to manage varying projects throughout the entire lifecycle with experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies.




Full time contract.

Mon – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, but hours are those required to complete the job.

25 days annual leave (3 days reserved between Christmas and New Year’s Day) and UK Bank Holidays. Pro rata.
