Much like our office walls, our philosophy is black and white. Work hard, play harder. That's why you'll often find our social team planning the next big event. From summer BBQs and Christmas parties to drinks and a game of darts in the office on a Thursday evening (which normally leads to karaoke into the early hours of Friday morning).
Our hybrid working model means we have the choice to work from home or in the newly decorated office. Our Better Together team acts as the middleman between the agency and the board, sense-checking any new policies and offering mental health advice and support to anyone that needs it.
