Who we are

The Together Agency Limited is the controller and responsible for your personal data for this website. We are part of Mathematical Market Research Limited group (“MMR Research) so we may have to share information with other group companies from time to time.

What is personal data

What personal data we collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

Promotional offers from us

We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Transaction, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you (we call this marketing).

Who we share your personal data with

(i) Internal Third parties

We may share or disclose your personal data within the MMR Research where you have agreed that they can send you information about their related goods and services (they’ll always give you an easy way to unsubscribe or you can contact us to update your preferences at any time). We share technology and systems with our group companies but we ensure that only the relevant personnel have access to your personal data.

(ii) External Third Party Processors

Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf as described below:

· Digital Marketing Service Providers

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information. Our appointed data processors are: Hubspot, Google, Microsoft, Hotjar, Call Rail and WebDNA.

· We work with WebDNA who are website developers (hosting our website and development work).

· Providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as Tag Manager (Google service).

· Data brokers or aggregators such as Cognism, SalesLoft.

· Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.

· HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

(iii) Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Transferring your personal data outside the European Economic Area ("EEA")

We share your personal data within our Group of companies. This will involve transferring your data outside the UK.

Some of our external third parties are based outside the UK so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved for use in the UK which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK.

How long we keep your personal data

We process personal data only for so long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, after which it will be deleted or archived except to the extent that it is necessary for us to continue to process it for the purpose of compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject or for another legitimate and lawful purpose.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

Where we store your personal data

Generally, all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers based in England when using our Access CRM and North America for data using Hubspot. We do not keep paper copies of personal data collected via the website.

Security of your Personal Data

All personal data processed by us is stored securely (the level of security being appropriate to the nature of the data concerned and the other relevant circumstances).

Your Rights

You have the following rights in relation to personal data relating to you that we process:-

Request access - You may request access to the personal data concerned (“data subject access request”).

Request correction - You may request that incorrect personal data that we are processing be rectified.-

Request for erasure - In certain circumstances (normally where it is no longer necessary for us to continue to process it), you may be entitled to request that we erase the personal data concerned.-

Object to processing - If your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where we are processing your personal data for marketing purposes or otherwise based on our legitimate interests, you may in certain circumstances have a right to object to that processing.-
