Crumpton Oaks Cider Co needed asocial media strategy that was as fresh as the fruit that goes into their cider. We knew their accounts already had a loyal following, but we needed to expand on this. Through
audience profiling, purpose-led content, community management and influencer campaigns.

We increased their following by 300% and reached 10.5M users.

Working together with the client, our social media team embarked on the mission to improve their reach and engagement figures on Facebook and Instagram. We started with audience profiling. Using insights from Falcon, Facebook and customer data provided by the client, we created the typical consumer of Crumpton.

The results found that the brand wouldn’t resonate with the middle-class cider drinker, instead we had to look towards the more working-class consumer. Pitcher this - a can of cider and a packet of crisps.
