Using social media as their main source of marketing, Garcia Carrion Wines came to us in April 2021 to create their Facebook and Instagram pages from scratch. With a blend of paid and organic posts, we created a social strategy for our partner-in-wine.
The first step was to create social guidelines, including an appropriate tone of voice, art direction and content pillars. The brand was then allocated a dedicated teamof marketers and content creators, which consisted of an account manager, community manager, copywriter and designer.
We then organised a photoshoot to ensure we always had a large collection of product photography at our fingertips to use and repurpose for all types of content.
This enabled us to be reactive with content, keeping up to date with the latest trends and memes. With a feed fuelled with giveaways, reels, UGC, educational and transactional posts, we were able to quickly boost following, engagement and reach.
Our dedicated community manager made sure we were always engaging with the correct community and keeping up to date with the latest trends and hashtags.
