Reviva launched in January 2024, coming to us with virtually no Instagram presence and limited brand recognition. As a startup in a saturated market and with less than a thousand followers, their goal was ambitious... Build a coffee lifestyle brand that appealed to lifestyle audiences and organically grow their digital presence. As a bunch of coffee connoisseurs that love a good challenge, we were buzzing for the opportunity.
Strategy is always at the top of the menu at Together, and we began by filtering down the essence of the brand.
Reviva isn’t just speciality coffee, it’s an uplifting experience. Every sipa revitalising encounter, infusing your day with optimism and vitality. At the heart of our strategy is the message to take a moment, savour the richness of life, and reconnect with your best self.
With the brand firmly tamped down, it gave focus to our content. We created organic lifestyle moments, from the meditative process of grinding beans to AeroPress rituals. This is coffee as self-care, promoting a time in your hectic day to revitalise, wherever you are. Occasion-specific campaigns and seasonal recipes gave us opportunity to connect regularly with the brand’s growing group of afficionados.
Shortly into the relationship, sponsorship opportunities arose in three of the UK’s biggest sports markets – F1, Football and Rugby Union – and we saw the potential to serve a broader audience, whilst staying true to our core strategy.
Getting the opportunity to shoot behind-the-scenes with elite sports people enabled us to shine a spotlight on their rituals. These athletes have mastered their routines to stay on top of their game. Whether it’s planning the day ahead, enjoying a quiet moment to focus, or diving straight into training, their routines are as unique as their playing (or driving) styles.
With races, football matches, and rugby fixtures now in the mix, our team needed to implement constant monitoring and community management. We respond to fans, all whilst tracking positive sentiment across brand touchpoints – whatever time they happen!
As we grow the account, we aim to deepen their connection to sports fans whilst continuing to build on the brand’s lifestyle appeal. With more collaborations, influencer partnerships, and content planned around ritual, wellness, and performance, the espresso cup is only just beginning to fill.
