As one of the largest pharmaceutical suppliers in the UK, Sciensus needed to create a brand identity that would reflect their growth while staying true to their core values.
To give Sciensus a new look, we started with the basics - the logo. The new logo had to be modern, minimalistic and reflective of the brand’s expertise in healthcare. We also created a new brand identity and tone of voice that reflected the brand’s commitment to quality. Once this was all finalised, we produced a brand guidelines document to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
We created a new, bespoke, WordPress website for the brand. Our process began with discovery workshops, where we took the time to understand the goals of the business and the needs of their patients.
Armed with this valuable insight, we crafted a fully bespoke website that can easily adapt to the evolving needs of the business, such as pandemic-related restrictions.
Our in-house digital team also paid close attention to the needs of different types of users, ensuring that the website’s user journeys were tailored to their specific needs. This way, we could guarantee that the website was intuitive to use and provided patients with the core information they were looking for.
To ensure that the website remains up-to-date and fully functional, our digital account managers work with Sciensus on a monthly retainer, providing support and updates as needed.
